Our Rates are as follows
Off peak April 1st to Mid-June, Mid-October to December 1st
$ 110 daily mid week, $125 weekend (2 night minimum)
$ 500 for full week (7 nights)
Off peak specials - Stay a third night for only $80 more
Peak Dates Mid-June to Mid-October, and December 1st to April 1st
$ 120 daily mid week, $135 weekend (2 night minimum)
$ 700 for full week (7 nights)
Holidays and Special Events
$ 125 mid week, $150 weekend (3 night minimum)
$ 400 for 3 night holiday weekends
$ 900 for Christmas - New Years Week and School Vacation Weeks
All Rates include Cable TV, wifi internet, Local Phone, Cleaning.
Late 6 pm checkout always allowed on Sundays unless the condo is rented for that night.
