Our Loon Mountain Condo is located in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest, on the banks of the east branch pemigewassett river. We are located 1 mile east of Exit 32, off of Interstate 93, at the base of the new "South Peak" resort at Loon Mountain. We are only 2 Hours north of Boston, and 5 hours from NYC. From our balcony, we offer fabulous views of the mountains, and the river. We are located on the 3rd floor, and the building has elevator service as well as luggage carts available for your convienience. We are a no smoking and no pets condo. We do have air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. We offer wireless internet access in the condo as well as the "commmunity great room". The Condo has 2 seperate rooms each with its own bathroom, TV, and VCR/DVD Player. The condo comes complete with all bed linens, towels, and hairdryers in each bathroom. Sleeps 6 maximum.

NH Vacation Condo Description

The Condo consists of 2 seperate rooms, each with bathroom, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, which provides privacy for 2 couples to share or for families (One side for kids, One side for the adults).
The Studio side of the Condo consists of a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower stall. The Living Room has a Sofa, Recliner, sitting chairs, dining table, closet, 40" HDTV, DVD Player, alarm clock, and an extremely comfortable pull down Queen sized murphy bed. The kitchen comes complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes. There is a great selection of books, Movies and games for your enjoyment. There are sliding doors to the balcony, where you can enjoy the magnificent views and fresh mountain air.
The Bedroom side of the condo has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Bed, 32" HDTV, DVD Player, alarm clock, Full Bath with Jacuzzi Tub, Refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer. There are beautiful mountain views from our window. After a day of skiing or hiking, relax in our jacuzzi tub for 2.
The Condo sleeps 6 max. The entrance to the Indoor Pool facility is just down the hall from us and can be accessed without leaving the building.

Location : Our Rivergreen Condo is Located in the village of Lincoln, NH, on the banks of the east branch pemigewasset river. Take Interstate 93 North to exit 32, which is Rt 112. After exit, make left turn onto RT 112 East. Go 1 mile, and make a right turn onto Cooper Memorial Drive. Go to The entrance to Rivergreen.
